Create a Shortcut does not appear to be working on iOS 14.8. Tried changing the icon to a standard AppSheet one and made no difference. Tried both Safari and Chrome - neither worked. Just going to a blank screen every time.
Recheck if you have logged in both app and browser with same account.
You can try sign out and sign in again in browser once.
Make your default browser to safari instead of chrome if the above mentioned solution does not work and check again.
