New Bug Encountered: Enum Stack With Allow Other Values

When selecting allow other values in combination with displaying it in a stack configuration the entire box isn’t shown in the form view.

I don’t need one. The steps are pretty straight forward for reproduction. (I tried, but it was during a screenshare meeting, and my recording software crashed)

I tried the same with two different apps and all buttons are showing as normally. What values are you using if that could be the reason?

I had no values and no existing data set… And it’s just greyed out and won’t accept input.

Okay… understood now. If you want to add another value, you should use Dropdown instead of buttons or stack.

Agreed, that’s what I do.
But it’s still a bug that Appsheet may want to address.

It would need a functionality… like “add new value” button.

Or don’t allow that set of combinations…

That will be difficult because sometimes the value can come from another way than filling the form… like with the API, actions, scripting etc.
