New Bug Encountered: Intermittent App outages; related to Microsoft services

Hi-I have been receiving this error all morning but as the title suggest it is intermittent and it seems to only affect my apps that are stored in onedrive. Looking at the service status for Microsoft’s cloud services showed there were no interruptions. Is anyone experiencing anything similar?
