New Bug Encountered: Key field '_THISUSER' is required

Dear support,
One of our users (out of 20 or so) is getting this message when accessing the app. The app works fine including user settings, however this message seems to appear only for that person. Can you help indicate how we can get rid of it.

Best guess is that somehow, when this user creates a row, the Key column us not being populated. Maybe you have an edit condition on that column thats stopping it putting in a key. Or that you have an inital value for the key column that isn’t generating a key value

This is happening when the user starts the app. The app also works and synchronises fine, just this message shows on Settings view and only for this user. No idea why it will be the case for one user.

Are you using UserSettings and at least one of the options is marked as Required?
Did you add an Initial Value to it?
Ask your user to select a value if it’s the case on it’s App Settings

Yes one setting is marked as required which the user should select when the app is started. The app is working fine otherwise and the user can select the setting, only we are not able to avoid this message for this one user!

You could by implementing an Initial Value the first time the option is available for your users.
Does have the user selected an option for that Required field?
