New Bug Encountered: Using a Form as starting view + "Start with About" = No Cancel/Save Button

The CANCEL /SAVE buttons do not render properly on form views, when used as the starting view and “Start with About” is also enabled.

I thought it was just User Settings view at first. But after making the video I tested other form views and they are affected as well.

Thanks @praveen! That fixed it! I retested in Chrome, Safari, Brave, and iOS app. All are working as expected now.
