New Bug Encountered:app does not auto sync when loaded on a desktop

We have users that are not seeing the actual data. Some times we can talk them through doing a sync…other times not.
As a developer I can see what they should see my previewing the app with their email, and it looks exactly as it should. Not what they see in the app.

Hi Austin, You can force a sync by appending &"&at="&(NOW()+1) to LINKTOVIEW() or LINKTOROW() For example: LINKTOVIEW(“TargetView”)&"&at="&(NOW()+1) To force a sync after saving a form, you could create a LINKTOVIEW() action with this extra piece appended. Inside the LINKTOVIEW, specify the view you want to redirect to after the form is saved. Then set this action as the “Form Saved” action for the form.
