New Bug Encountered: can't use action: go to another view within this app, because of font error

I’m Vietnamese, so I named views in Vietnamese
But when i want to create one action: go to another view within this app
The view name, in Expression, all were errored.
such as: THEO%20D%C3%95I%20SP

So, can you help me at least teach me how to convert Vietnamese to error font.
