New Bug Encountered: download a view to a CSV file, NOT CONECTED

Good morning, when I try to download a view to a CSV file, a message appears:
โ€œAction Failed. Not connectedโ€,
I have always downloaded that file until today that message appears, does anyone know why?

the name of the application is: โ€œCONSULTA PLACAS CDAโ€
applies to (UX): โ€œDETALLE INGRESOSโ€
and the action is associated: โ€œEXPORTAR CONSULTAโ€
