Night mode is something the device provides. So, I assume you mean you want to apply the Dark Theme only to the desktop view. We cannot apply themes to just a single view.
If it is really important, you could create a second app that is set to Dark Theme and place your views you wish to be dark themed into that app. With a little extra implementation effort, you can transition between the two apps as if they are one app but the downside is that each time you bounce between apps, an explicit Sync is performed which make the transition less than smooth!
