No response from Support

Hi.
I received a warning yesterday which told me I needed a license upgrade for 3 users, I responded asking where these 3 users were as I have only 2. I received an email very promptly to say my account was on hold until I upgraded. I replied asking for the explanation given I have only 2 users, that was approx 11am yesterday and Iโ€™ve heard nothing back. Can any of the admin prompt them to contact me please?

Also, can I add to this, and this is where the mix up could be.

I created another Google profile over the last couple of days with the intention of another gmail account for an App user. This new email is known to nobody, absolutely โ€ฆ nobody.
But now Iโ€™m receiving emails from Google My Business to the new email account instead of my original one. How is this possible? And could this be shown as a new user in Appsheet?
