Non deployed app automations

Hello,

I'm trying to confirm if my automation works properly. If I test my automation and execute it manually, it seems to work. I get an email with the proper attachment and confirmation that the email should be sent to other emails once the app is deployed.

However, my automation doesn't seem to work automatically. I was supposed to receive an email at midnight last night with the same attachment. It didn't happen.

Is there something I'm missing, and should I assume that the manual test indicates the automation will work when the app is deployed?

If your manual test works then it is quite likely that it will work when running automatically once it is deployed.
