OCR trying to add Business cards

I was trying this OCR tool in appsheet why i am getting this error

Could not train your OCR model, please contact support@appsheet.com

And i have loaded my Business Cards for example 4 types and i am still Getting the same issue

Could not download images for these rows: Sreekar.pranav4@gmail.com, Phani@gmail.com, Sreekarpranav92@gmail.com, School@gmail.com

What Could be the Issue.

They suggest not using this for business cards yet because they are all so different. Are your 4 training cases all the same business card with just different peoples information on it or are they 4 different company’s cards that are each unique?

Hi @Steve Coile thanks for the help i need help with the following particular point i didnt understand that i am using Excel Sheet can you explain me that
To get started with OCR, you will need at least four example images and the values that should be extracted from them. AppSheet will inspect the given examples and come up with a general template to match against new images.
