Offline app, connecting to Knack

Hi There,

I am not yet an AppSheet user, but it has been recommended to me.
I need to be able to create a field service app for my client that can work offline (due to remote areas/confined spaces  etc), when service is restored it needs to post cached records to a Knack database.

Prior to the remote work, it will need to pre load certain data (that can be selected when offline). So basically an offline CRUD scenario.

Has anyone done this? Is it achevable?

Thanks in advance,

Ben

The app can work offline no problem.  Once built, each will need to launch the app with a good internet connection for all of the app content to download to their device.  When complete, they can work offline with no issues.  NOTE: Offline mode is NOT intended for long periods.  It is best if the users upload any offline work daily.

As for connecting to a Knack database,  I am not sure.  I have never heard of it until today.  The only thing I can offer is to give it a try.  I would focus on attempting to get this connection to work first if using Knack is a make or break concern.
