Offline sync on iOS Ipad

My app doesn't open when an ipad is offline. I've made sure that offline sync is on, so it should open up and show the data that was cached the last time the app was online. But whenever I open it, it says "Safari can't load the webpage".

I don't have this problem on any android device. Does it have to do with the way iOS hosts the appsheet app?

It seems you might be running the browser version of the app - not the iOS version.  Offline launching of the app is not supported in a browser.  Make sure you are using the correct link to install the app onto the device. 

Try this...launch the AppSheet container app - the one that is simply named "AppSheet".  Then from the Menu, navigate to the App Gallery and find YOUR app and try launching from within the gallery itself to see if the app launches.
