Old editor

The old editor no longer comes up appending the &OldEditor=true parameter to the URL.

Has it been fully deprecated or is there another way to access it?

In the old editor, inside a column of type list, I could set the list item type to Ref and choose the ref table. In the new editor, I can still choose Ref, but the table select is missing.
