Onboarding does not appear in public app

Hi

I have created a public app where users do not have to log in.

When users open the app, it starts on the same page as usual, however, you can see the onboarding view in the menu. As I understand it, it should be displayed every time they open the app

How do I get onboarding to appear when they open the app?

Thanks,
Glenn

Hello @Glenn, you have to set the onboarding view as the starting view in this menu:

Yes, I have set the onboarding view as the starting view.

It is a whitelabel public app, maybe it does not work in those…?

Thanks,
Glenn

Hmm, is your “Start with about” checkbox turned off? it’s the one under the starting view

I don’t believe that’s true. Where did you get that understanding?

There is no way to force the app to a specific view each time the user reopens the app. The only time to force a specific view is the first time the user opens the app after the app is installed.
