One Menu for Muliple Application

Hello,
I have multiple apps designed in App Sheet , almost 11 Apps.
I want to design a centralized Menu with buttons to control and enter each or any of the app I like to use.
Anybody please help me in design?

"What if, I like to open /Launch each App in new Tab...?"
Currently it is opening each App in the same Tab.

If you are using URL then inside your actions you will have 'Launch External' toggle to turn on/off.
