Open link in private mode and automate processes!

I have created a table with some links of online services that i need to got and afterwords login etc etc.

My questions are:

1) How can I open the links in private mode so that it doesn't keep the history of the data if I log in somewhere or if I submit a form when I close it so that I can connect again for another case etc?

2) Is there any way to automate the process (if I need to log in and I will save the credentials in a table, or, if want to submit a certain form with some data that I already have in my table, etc) so that I won't need to type them and remember them all the time?
