Opening shortcut fails to open the correct app

Hey,

Occasionally when opening apps from shortcuts, the app doesn’t open. Sometimes it just opens the app that was previously open, and sometimes it just opens a blank page. Has anyone else experienced this? I’ve had it happen on two iPhones, and only with certain apps.

Is there a way to check if it’s an error with my apps causing this?

Hi, have you tried to remove the existing shortcut and recreating a new one from the app?
