Options for input on a form reference from separate tables

Hello,

In my app I have a form for Preventative Maintenance of Medical Gas Systems. The user chooses the hospital from the Main Customers Table, it then autofils the address, email, supervisor, etc. Next I would like them to be able to choose the system TYPE (Med Air, Med Vac, Control Air, etc) from the Central Equipment table based on the hospital name entered. On the Central Equip Table each facility has anywhere from 1-16 systems that the user needs to choose from. HOW DO I GET THE LIST OF SYSTEM TYPES PER THE FACILITY PREVIOUSLY CHOSEN, TO POP UP SO THEY CAN CHOOSE?
