Order a dropdown

Hello !!! short question. Do you know how to order a TEXT dropdown by a third column? I want to order employee names by the times they take a tool from store so y created a column where i count this incidence but it brings the key, not the name. The Valid_if has three choices depending on list choice (employee, client, provider) this is why I can't use ref. Thanks so much for yout time, nice day!!!

I believe you will want to use ORDERBY()

Additionally, you might be interested in using the Row Label setting in a table.  It will provide you with an ability to specify a displayed value for your list rather than the row key or default label.
