Order placement

Hello,

My app is like Order capture order but there is some issue related to this when an order placed with 2 or more items and when this item has been packed from the storeroom, if the ordered item available on the store room the order status has changed to dispatch or delivered.
The problem is that when an order has multiple items and some items are no stock in store room and some less quantity as compared to order quantity?

I just created an extra column in table order detail with status with some values like no stock,pending
but

I would like to get the data by if order quantity is less in the storeroom then balance order quantity of the item will be display on the pending tab

is this possible

Somehow your requirement is not exactly clear. Also this is a generic question which will depend much on how your app is configured. So community may not possibly offer a very exact solution.

However in general what you are looking for ( minimum inventory tracking) and associated updates of some relevant counts etc. is in general a standard requirement in inventory apps. So you may wish to take a look at the sample inventory apps in the link below

IN THIS SAME CUSTOMER HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERs
and if some products are out of stock or less quantity

for eg:, item dd has ordered 30 but stock has been 12 then balance 18 will be displayed in the pending order is this possible to generate
and if all item the items are packed then only mark the order as dispatch otherwise partial
