Overview and less Information

Hi, this is my very first post here.
And sorry for my bad english.

I built an App this week and read a lot. But 2 things i cannot solve:

1. I am doing an app for a game to store my amount of resources.
   Is it possible to create an “overview” Tap at the startscreen where i can sum up all my Wood and Gold, that i stored before? I only can sum up through the different sections but not:
   I tried VC but didnt get it to run.

Wood: 123456
Food: 76543
Gold: 876543

2. I have a tap that sums up each of my resources. BUT all the stored data is shown:
   
   
   
   And i dont wanna see all this data. but i cannot find any function where i can say: do not show.

I hope you understand what i mean?!

If you set a second column in that view’s “Group By”, then all of the individual records will be collapsed, until the group is clicked on. This may be to your liking. It is called “drill down” grouping.
