PDF Full Report Please if poss

I have just started experimenting with the PDF reports and the automation etc.  

I was wondering how I can do a full report rather than just when I change an item in the table.  I have an App page with 12 totals on it and I wanted to print them out in a specific order with text etc onto PDF.  I could only see how to do it when something changed but a button or something would be handy whenever I wanted.

Probably quite easy but not for me.:)

Create an action button that changes a value in a column, and a bot that triggers from that value change.

Can i produce the pdf without changing any columns just to print out a report ?  I couldnt see where i could ask it to print without changes.

From the Bot page in the editor, use the "Test" button.

You should have a file column that contains the path to your PDFs, so you can access them at any time by clicking on the file icon, once opened you can send to print
