PDF Viewing using gettablefileurl

I can seem to get my attachments appear using the URL I have used in the past.  here is the code the that pops up when I click.

Are you saying that the same process you have used in the past to create the gettablefileurl now only gives you what looks like a template vs a link to the actual file?
