Parent Table Links to Wrong Child Table

Hi,

Currently, I have a parent table (Bulk Chemical Delivery) linked to 5 child tables (Pre-Delivery, Unloading, Completion, Procurement, and JSEA checklists). Currently I have "Is part of?" enabled for all child tables so they can be seen within the parent form as shown in the image. My problem arises after all child forms are completed. Whenever I click on one of them while in the parent form, they redirect me to the same child form. This means that I can't re-access the other child forms to edit them, unless I edit them after I have saved the entire parent form. Does anyone know this can be fixed? I am not sure if it's some type of bug or issue from my end.

"IsPartof" is allowed only on one child table at a time.
