Pdf File name

Hello friends, a question, I have managed to introduce files to my application, however, when these files are loaded, they have names that they did not have on my device;

for example "Uploaded file" or w24.5489dk.vklwg.pdf

and not "Instructions" for example.

Does anyone know how this can be made so that the user can edit the way they see the file name?
