Personalize Chart Action

Is it possible to personalize chart action ?

I see some "automatic action" for chart added, but they don't seems to correpond to the click on the chart .

Why i try to do is when i click to the chart i do whant to go to the selected item detail view but directly to the another view referenced by the item.
