I would like to build a form which had two kinds of texts with the primary text showing up in a larger font relative to its description, something similar to the mock-up below. Possible?
Thanks!
Unfortunately thatโs not possible @Mahesh
You should be able to accomplish this with Show columns.
Ah, yes, then my suggestion wouldnโt work. Thanks for pointing out, @LeventK.
Thanks guys for helping me solve this.
The check box part is ideally how I would like the UI but I will settle for a y/n field instead.
say the table has following column
JobName
JobDescription (short sentence describing it)
Done? flag
and some other details
I looked up documentation on โShowโ column,
If not for the checkbox, can I take advantage of the functionality such that it will let me show field Job in one fontsize and the field JobDescription right below it in a different font size?
Thanks!
@Mahesh
Not in the Form View, but in the Detail View you can play with the Formatting rules to get the look&feel you want. Also you can set your โjob doneโ flag a YES/NO type and provided you set it as a QUICK EDIT column, it will appear as a toggle button in the detail view. Like this:
User | Count |
---|---|
35 | |
35 | |
27 | |
23 | |
18 |
