Presenting a table of dishes

Hello everyone,
I'm new to app building with AppSheet. I want to create a list of restaurants that whenever you click on the restaurant name, the app presents a table of all the dishes in this specific restaurant, their prices and ratings. I want to add an option for people to rate the dishes. How do I do both?How can I add a table to one column's value in google sheet in order to do so?

So you're gonna need a Table called Restaurants ,then create a subtable called Dishes.  Then a subtable of dishes called Rating.  So each table has multiple dishes and each dish can have multiple ratings.
