Problem with Table in Attachment Template

I have an action that sends an email with an attachment. The attachment previously maintained the column widths in the table that is in the google template in the attachment. Now the column widths change upon execution and the middle column is reduced and it looks horrible. As Google likes to say "Something went wrong".  Any thoughts on how to get the table column widths to maintain in an attachment template? TIA (Each column width is approximately equal in the template, but after execution, the Comment field is reduced as shown)

I don't use GDocs but there should be a config under the table's properties in which you can force columns to have a fixed width.

However, you need to know that it's a trial and error journey to get the things exactly the way we want. You may need to adjust the font size and others
