Problem with a shared user

I have a shared application with several colleagues. One of them no longer has access to the modifications I'm making to the program, so he can't access it anymore and gets an error message. We've tried removing him from the application and sharing it again, using different browsers in case it was a cache issue, but it's still not working. He continues on an old version from two weeks ago.

What is happening? How could I solve it?

Confirm your stable/latest version settings are configured correctly, including in the domain authentication section.

The app is shared with 3 other pepole. Same permission, same role, same app vesion. Just one not working ๐Ÿ˜ž

If you didn't already, have the user sign out of AppSheet and then sign in again. If it's a mobile device, they could even try uninstalling and reinstalling.
