Problem with form

Good morning, I'm having an issue with the form of a table. When I try to add or edit records, it doesn't take me to the form view and displays as shown in the image. There are no user-specific view conditions, and I also tried deleting the form view to regenerate it or creating a new form view with this table, but it still doesn't work. Thank you in advance1122

Do you have any "Row Selected" actions specified in the Table view (pic 1) where you are selecting a row to  view/edit?

No, leave the table by default, without any extra action.

Last Friday I deleted the table and added it again from my sql source, it worked for a few minutes and then the same thing happens again.

The only alternative that I did not try was to delete the table from the sql server and recreate it
