Problems with Map View and XY Data

Hello Community:
Suddenly I realized that an app no longer shows the map that was loaded to display XY type data. Only the points appear but it no longer shows the map. Surely something changed in AppSheet because it was seen before. Can anybody help me?

Is this still an issue?  If so, have you tried zooming out?

I'd guess the image itself is no longer available to the app.
