Public Survey

Hello, I want to create a public survey based on the data of my App, for example: if I choose "country", the app shows me the "states"  of the choosen country.

The data only will be managed by my team, but the survey will be send to thousands of users, so its imposible to pay per user.

There is a way to make a "public survey" but "private app" to manage the info?

You would need to create two apps. One deployed for public in Publisher Pro subscription, and if you need another app for employees, create (or copy the public one) another app in Starter or Core using the same data sources.
