Public user profiles

I have a basic form app prototype and am wondering how much "Public user" profile functionality can I develop into an AppSheet app.

Some features could be;

Community Dashboard
Profiles with About me and Profile Pic
Posts
Friends & Followers
Comments & Likes
Mentions
Activity Feeds
Social Search
Notifications
Groups

In general terms, many of the features you enumerate would be possible to implement in an AppSheet app. More relevant, however, to your decision might be the cost. ICYMI, since your app would require user authentication you'd need an AppSheet license for every user.
