Publisher Pro for Self Generating Quotes - Can Quote be emailed to prospect?

Hi everyone, I have a client who would like to allow anyone the ability to generate their own quotes for their product. Will Publisher Pro allow for an email to be sent with the quoted information if the user inputs an email address?

Is there a features listing for Publisher Pro? I’m unable to locate it

Ok so the only Pro features NOT included are user sign-in and security filters? Would hate to build the clients app and find its not able to generate the emails they’d like. I found here in the community that the SMS function was not working with Publisher Pro and wanted to confirm functionality.
