Publishing my app and target sdk

I want to publish an app using play console, I bought the pro account specifically for that. But I am not able to publish the app it says the apk is version 27 not suitable for an andrioid app they need 28.

alright it was urgent that is why i did that, but i currently not getting any response from the Appsheet members as well

May I ask what is your account type? Are you on Pro account?

Publisher Pro, I had the whitelabel of my app and i wanted to publish using console but it said i don’t have the required target sdk which is 28 to publish my app. My current app is 27
