QR Code doesn't match any known entry - but there is?

Hello all

I have a question regarding a kind of QR Code that creates issue when re-scanning.
My app is for inventory purpose in medical context.

The QR code that create issues look like this one:
3X_1_e_1ee7f950ada2415e4cffd668d19d7f0fee6c862e.jpeg

When scanning, I have a large serie of figures:
'0103400932412013212859527102614017220731101007
(I notice, by the way, that this serie is a concatenation of the informations next to the code : PC, SN, EXP, and Lot).

However, I cannot make it match with my Product database when it comes to scanning.
I get the message โ€œThe scan result didnโ€™t match any known entries.โ€

Do you have an explanation of why it fails to recognize it ?
And do you have any idea about how to solve this ?

For information, I specify that the scan works for all my other QR code formats.

Thank you in advance

Thanks @Steve

I didnโ€™t have this limitation in mind. So, I reckon this is a multi-line QR code ^^โ€™
Thank you !

Hi @Aurelien ,

I am facing similar problem. Did you manage to solve it? May I ask you for your solution?

Thanks!

Hi @MyPill

As reported by Steve, because this is a multi-line QR Code, it is not supported.

However, I managed it differently by creating my own reference QR code.

This was enough to match my client's expectation.

Cheers !
