Quick UI Questions - Action Bar, Overlay Buttons

Hi all, just a couple quick questions

1) Is it possible to change the location of the action bar in the deck view? E.g. center or left align it instead of the default right align?

2) Is it possible to change the size or alignment of the action overlay buttons? E.g. center or left align them, or horizontally, or put them on the top?

I have 3 overlay buttons that really need to be there because they will be used very frequently. However they are covering up part of the action bar for the bottom few records.

Thanks to you both for the responses! @Koichi_Tsuji  I accepted your trick as the nearest thing possible to a solution, even though I can't open the sample app and am not quite sure how to implement it.  Thanks very much.
