I'm trying to use the AppSheet database to create invoices in QuickBooks Premier and cannot figure out how to do it. I don't mid exporting to Google Sheets if that is easier

Perhaps set up a Bot to send a webhook to Quickbooks API.

AppSheet Database is currently a preview feature and under active development. Preview features are not yet suitable for use in important apps. Until it has achieved greater stability, I recommend against using this preview feature except for testing and to help the AppSheet developers in their efforts.
