Quitar subrayado seleccion Action

Hola!

Cuando selecciono una action aparece un subrayado bastante feo, hay alguna manera de sacarlo?

I think @marinocity  is correct. I have also started observing a black horizontal thick line when one hovers on the action in desktop mode. The image below captures how it appears in the second row of the view when mouse is hovered over the icon. It appears as if the action icon is getting struck off. 

Is anybody else experiencing the same?

If so, I request @Steve and @Aleksi  to please take it up with development team.
