Recurring Entries

Hello community
I am creating an apps and have to make the whole of a table recurring for each month. What I mean like, I have a table for subscriptions of members and each month some become in active and I want to copy only the active members subscription to another table called invoicing. Any help ?

Instead of copying your existing data into another table, would it be possible to use slice instead of? The slice view could then every month show those members that you should send an invoice.
