Redirect a list based on an answer

Is it possible to do something like that in the app itself:
in column “WORK[names]” the option are: Ben, Rose, Mike
If the answer is Mike in a new entry in “WORK[names]” > the options of the list in column “WORK[location]” will be based by the content in column “DATA[Mike location]”.
If the answer is Ben in a new entry in “WORK[names]” > the options in the list in column “WORK[location]” will be based by the content in column “DATA[Ben location]”.
If the answer is Rose in a new entry in “WORK[names]” > the options in the list in column “WORK[location]” will be based by the content in column “DATA[Rose location]”.
