OK I’m new to this AppSheet and I’m working on an app for testing electric circuits on an installation.
I have a sheet containing distribution board data and another sheet to contain the data for ALL boards.
If I pull the reference for the board name, when I create a pdf upon completion of each board will it be possible to reference the whole row of data for that board and combine row information from the lookup sheet with data from the testers sheet?

So long as all the sheets are attached to tables within the app itself, yes. The app (including reports) can only access data within tables, as defined in Data >> Tables in the app editor.
