Reference table won't update main form in real time

Hello!

Is there a workaround to update the reference table and the main form in real time?

For example:

User name is a reference to "Employee Details" table, on the screenshot notice that I've edited the personal email on the Reference table"Employee Details" on the right, but didn't reflect the changes on the left form "New hires office computer setup detail".

A data source column based on an app formula is only ever recalculated for a given row when that row is edited. An alternative is to convert the data source column to a virtual column, which exists only in the app and always references up-to-date data.
