Related Table Sub-Header Change Size and Font

Any thoughts on how I can change the format on the Related View Sub-header in a Detail View? I've used the format rule on the column, but it's changing the data and not the header.  It's probably buried there somewhere, but eyes are not seeing it. Thanks
