How can I set a reminder two hours before the start of an event (for example, an appointment)
I have an entry with a date and time, how can I set up an event handler (reminder/webhooks) two hours before the event?

Not possible: you cannot set events to occur at arbitrary times.

Semi possible actually,  just with a shift in your thinking.

Bots have the ability to "wait" - so I could see a system where you marked an event as "ready to go" a few days before it happens, where this would kick off an automation to "wait" for X number of days before sending out a reminder.

Still requires a human to interact with the system though....
