Remove the ''Related'' word in detail view

Hello, I made a vehicle inspection app for my collision center, and I have ref table of the damages that are attached to a specific vehicle. It works really great, but I would like to know if there’s a way to remove the ‘‘related’’ word that appears.

Use the “Display Name” setting
