Remove the selection in dropdown once it is selected

I would want to remove the selection in dropdown once it is selected. The same option will not be shown when the it is being selected before.

For example, I have a list of items in a dropdown.

• Mug
• Bowl
• Plate
• Spoons
  When Person A select Mug, the next person (Person B) to input will only be able to see Bowl, Plate and Spoon in their dropdown list.
